    Positioned at the front of The Sands complex, the apartment makes the most of its beachfront setting. Full-width windows frame the views across Onetangi Bay and fill the living spaces with natural light throughout the day.
    Open plan living brings together the lounge, dining and kitchen areas in one comfortable space overlooking the beach. The lounge provides a relaxing place to unwind after a day by the water and includes a Smart TV and high-speed internet, while the dining area sits beside the windows to make the most of the outlook.
