Fully equipped one-bedroom apartment on the exterior of the complex with a balcony door to let in the fresh air which is accessible from both the lounge and bedroom to enjoy your morning coffee. Renovated interior with full kitchen, full laundry paired with high-class furnishings and top-quality linen.

Currently, we offer a 24/7 lock box service, and we will go back to meet and greets in 2023.

A Week in Auckland at a Great Place!

This VRBO apartment has it all: location, function, security, comfort, cleanliness, ease of entry, space. My wife and I were in Auckland for 7 days and needed a place to stay since our previous host cancelled our lodging 48 hours in advance of our arrival. Katie, our agent with Stay, Ltd. was extremely helpful though and was patient and professional. We were booked here, arrived, settled in and had no problems whatsoever. The apartment is easy walking distance to everything in Auckland CBD. It has a washer/dryer in the bathroom and a shower with a hand-held nozzle. The kitchen is modern, clean and highly functional The bedroom has a king-sized bed (which for some reason is on casters which are not removable) but was very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a lingerie dresser inside the closet on the right side. Otherwise, quite nice. So overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for a couple staying in Auckland.
