      Would not recommend to anyone

      Terrible experience from start to finish. Had to make contact 5 times before the stay to get details of check in and key collection. Day of key collection followed instructions to go to office. Got there and told key at another location. Getting around Auckland CBD is not a quick easy thing so this was a huge inconvenience. Second location required a key to enter to access the lock boxes. Only able to access as another person was inside so let us in. Finally reach apartment. Was tidy but felt unclean. Floor was sticky. No spare blankets and one small fan heater. Amenities were used and no hand soap for one bathroom so luckily other bathroom had some l. We could not access basement and cars so every time we needed cars or to access them we had to walk out on the main road and completely around the block to enter through car park. So on check out had to do this with our luggage in tow. Probably the worst experience ever. Fortunately we didn't spend much time at the apartment and was just place to sleep. Also I have had to courier the key back to the hotel because the instructions on email completely contradicted themselves and there was no answer at help desk to get the right drop off point.

      Don't Stay Here!

      So this place is mis-advertised and should not be on this site. This is not a hotel or an apartment that should be on hotels.com Check in - about 2kms from where you stay. Office only open 2.30-4. There is a key box after that again miles away from the place you stay. No details of this sent until day of check-in. I had to pay for parking in town to pick up a key then walk 10 mins to get it. No Curtains - seriously?? Massive lounge, completely public space out the front. No blinds or curtains to stop anyone looking in. Iron disgustingly filthy and blackened my shirt. Cupboard door that ironing board in broken. Shower tray blocked and overflowing. Towels the size of face flannels. Mugs full of cigarette ends left outside by outside furniture. No details sent for checkout. I was told on the phone when I called for guidance to leave the keys on the side and exit through the car park. You can't get to the car park without the key. I called back and was told this one is particularly difficult - so I had to do a repeat! Drive out, find park, pay for park then go back up into the apartment to leave the key on the side. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. If you want to stay near here book the Celestial Waldorf or Stadium Apartments. Both much better and neither require trips across town to try and find keys to get in. This might be good if you stayed for a while but def don't stay here if you need a room for business. A massive pain in the bum. Oh, no WIFI either!

      Do not reserve this apartment

      We had rented lots of apartments through Expedia before at different countries, but we haven't experienced this kind of bad service before !!! We reserved 2 nights but finally we hadn't lived in, and we CANNOT get the total refund until now !!!! The story is that when we checked in at night around 10:00pm which we had informed supplier before, we toke the key at he locker and arrived the apartment, however, the apartment was NOT clean up yet!! As we didn't have any local phone but so lucky that we found a nice guys to help us to call the apartment hotline. While we request for a clean apartment, the supplier said they could not and ask for us to stay in that unclean apartment so they will clean up the room next morning !!!! We could not accept that so we feedback to them and ask for changing the room, at the same time, we cc Expedia customer email in our email conversation too. Then, the most ridiculous things happened!!! Supplier said it is because our fault as we checked in late so they could not found out the room was not clean up yet !!! They would not refund!!! It was almost 01:00 midnight and my parents were so tired, so we needed to found another place to sleep !! providing a hygiene service is the basic standard that all service providers should have , and also , should provide before the customer check in !!!!
