Charmingly presented with cottage décor, the living room opens to a surprise package - a generous fenced and sheltered courtyard with a deck area perfect for summer BBQ's.

Lots of sunshine and light here with a fresh fully equipped kitchen.

The two double bedrooms are served by a spacious bathroom with shower over the tub and hideaway laundry.

Very well located in the up-market St Heliers suburb, the cottage has plenty of space, 2 outdoor seating areas, one ground floor and one upper level facing the stunning Auckland city views.

The cottage is private and is perfect for your couple getaway. Alternatively, our pull out bed and portacot (on request) make it an ideal place to stay for a young family looking for an easy, comfortable and convenient accommodation.

We have everything you need to make your stay easy. This includes Netflix, boardgames and wine glasses to help you relax, unwind and enjoy your stay. Also some books and toys are available for your little ones (there is nothing like someone else's toys to give you some peaceful moments from your own children).

Mould on window frames, cutlery drawer not very clean, toilet sink needed clearing- heat pump fab

Nice property but needed to be cleaner to a higher standard and have a dishwasher for health and hygiene plus a bigger grudge/freezer. Washing machine needed to be cleaned before we used it. Beds comfortable. And place cosy. Thank you.

Great little property, walking distance to eastern beaches and local parks. Outdoor areas were an added bonus for chilled summer evenings.

Fabulous location

Lovely place, took our 2 French bulldogs, property fully fenced and pet friendly. Lovely court yard, definitely recommend.

Everything you need

We had a lovely week stay in Shirleys house. It’s close to the beach and madills farm and has a nice fenced outdoor area. House was lovely and clean and well equipped. Shirley was lovely and communication quick and easy. Would love to stay again.
