Great staff indeed, location is great as well, the only issue is the showers, they are looking dirty and old…

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room was okay as the facilities. It was hot, just needed an AC. Big bathroom appreciated. Good location and nice staffs.
I stayed in a female dorm. I was surprised that a male cleaner came to change the linens without annoncing hilmself and same for the bathroom. I took a shower and a male cleaner was moping the floor at 11pm. I thought it would be a girl. Just need an annoncement for no surprise or maybe he should wait if he knows someone was taking a shower. At least, it cleaned but i felt weird about it.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Rooms were in decent condition. Bathroom/ shower condition could have been better
My booking is 3 persons room. But change it to a 8 person's room, with much noise from street and closing door voices. Totally double standard. Worst hostel ever
Upon arrival we were told the number of our room but not where it was or where any of the facilities were. There is a very unpleasant smell throughout the hostel and it feels very tired and uncared for. Our room had curtains that didn’t fit the window, stains on the carpet and no suitable storage. It’s by a main road which cars drive very loudly and very fast past the hostel at all hours of the night. It is the worst hostel we’ve stayed in throughout our 5 months of travelling.
