Luxury Living in Remuera Family Home w Pool - Prime Location
Architecturally designed, European contemporary style family home behind secure lockup gate at the end of a private driveway in the heart of Remuera, one of Aucklands highly sort after neighbourhoods. The home is in the best location for easy walking to great local cafes, restaurants and a variety of homeware and clothing shops. Also the home is only a 10 minute Uber ride to the central city including the Waiheke ferry terminal for a great day trip, for dining at a world class famous vineyards!
The property is on a secure flat level site with the rear of the house’s formal/family living rooms and kitchen/dining areas opening up to an outdoor sunny private patio with pool. In the patio there are 2 Sun loungers for lazing by the pool and 2 separate dining areas for outdoor summer dining under the large umbrellas. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (one King and 2 queens) each with their own bathrooms.
Guest access
All areas of the house are available for access apart from one locked up room upstairs.
Other things to note
Bus stop at the end of the driveway, close to local train station and handy to motorways.
