I love everything about this place, helpful friendly front desk staff, rooms have everything including washing machine and dryer, always spotlessly clean. You get complimentary use of health club that's 5 minutes walk away with a gym, 2 pools and gigantic gym floor. It is convenient to motor ways but is quieter than most places. There's lots of restaurants and food places a few minutes walk away and also " in house" food places

Excellent location to visit the Auckland hospital. Good and safe walking or quick uber ride to many locations. Nearby Parnell eat choices also make it a great location. Our room was small ( all we needed) and very clean. The tiles in the bathroom were so clean (always a give away in hotel rooms). And the staff were friendly, quick to reply to my emails, and great organising a late check in for us which worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place for cleanliness and location.
