Good tidy room. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The interleading door between the different floor levels slam. All the time, due to people going through it. And it's loud. So if youre a light sleeper it will annoy you. Someone had been ill and vomited outside the front of the building and the back of the building. So that smell permeated through the entrance and shared spaces and from the alley way into your bathroom windows. Otherwise staff were fantastic with service.

The room I was in was listed as basic .. and basic it was. Besides a bed and ensuite there was no TV. Not that it’s required, just a nice to have since they come in their other properties. Only fault I can give is the doors to the rooms are heavy firedoors and they slam quite often from inconsiderate guests not closing them slowly.

The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were super crisp and clean. My double room with ensuite bathroom was spacious and clean. I had everything I needed including tv, desk, air conditioning, free wifi with the option of using the modern kitchen downstairs. Secure parking at a good price will ensure I return very soon.

We loved our time at Jucy snooze, was absolutely perfect as we were going to be out exploring and being part of America’s cup. The room was great, bed was comfy and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Traffic noise was quite loud at night but we wanted a room with windows that opened so our choice! Definitely would stay again!

This is basic accommodation. It is very much value for money. Everything (linen etc) was scrupulously clean. The shower was excellent, so was the bed. For $62 (including parking) what do you expect? Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. No radio, Tv, bedside lamp, bar, air conditioning and tea making facilities; but hey! This is budget accommodation and real good.

I think it was the overall experience the color is a must lol the team are simply the best. Smile on their dial 😉 always going that extra mile. THEY NEED A PAY RISE 😁 i have my fingers crossed lol.

You cannot beat this joint for bang for your buck. It is right in the heart of the CBD, so if you can't handle city noise it aint for you. Its clean, efficient and well run. The shower I got was great

For the price you cant beat it. Its not the Hilton, but its clean, the staff are nice and the small room I stayed in did the job! Having secure parking was such a bonus too!

Basic, convenient accommodation in the centre of Auckland City. Up for a concert in the city and booked due to budget price and location. Very basic but adequate for my requirements. Super helpful front desk.

Bad experience at Snooze Auckland

We had a problem at the hotel when booking our transfer to Auckland airport. We reserve the transfer at the reception desk with a company that provides services to the chain and pay the amount on time to the receptionist. After disembarking at the airport, the driver charged us again saying that he had not received anything from the hotel. We had to pay it again. We contacted the hotel by email and the hotel replied that it would refund the amount, but until today we have not received anything.
