About this property

In the country, but so close to town, and main highway.

  • A lovely modern two story house, set in rural farmland surrounding the newly developed Karaka village.
    Walks and paths in the local area with a country feel, but close enough to the motorway to be in the city in 30min.
    The house itself has 4 large bedrooms, two having ensuite's and a large family bathroom. A separate toilet is on the ground floor, along with the living/dinning and kitchen having a open plan layout out to the patio to the back of the house.
