Our apartment is located in the Sebel Hotel Complex right in the heart of the Viaduct, one of Auckland’s most desired central locations, with an abundance of bars and restaurants, all within an easy 5 minute stroll. You can enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your apartment are the Tepid Baths for gym users and a public pool. Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 5-minute walk, you can find shopping for all tastes at these spots. There are hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was spectacular: looking out at the harbor, close to many restaurants, great walking area, close to shopping. The only downside for us (family) was the nightlife/bars around that were loudish. Earplugs worked great, kids slept through most of it. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous view of the harbor, in the thick of things. Parking was through a public garage, but it was just across the street and very easy once we found it. It is a small apartment, but big enough for 3 adults. Easy to walk around CBD. Noisy on weekend nights bc it’s in a hopping area, so bring your earplugs for weekend sleep. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of great restaurants.

We recently stayed at this apartment and found it to be exactly as pictured, in a great location right in the Viaduct.The apartment itself is comfortable and well-appointed, especially the kitchen, which was perfect for us since we did a mix of self-catering and dining out. It had everything we needed to prepare meals easily.Regarding communication, I flagged issues with receiving links and provided a solution that worked, but the process remained unchanged for subsequent communication. While polite, the team applied a fixed approach that didn’t adapt to improve the customer experience.Overall, a good stay in a fantastic location, and we’d recommend it for anyone looking to be in the heart of the Viaduct.
Roland & Dale’s host was once again a great stay. Quiet j private- perfect for a night stay after a hard day of work. I will stay with Roland & Dale every time i am in Auckland!
