Listing implied there is an area for cooking so we brought food but were unable to prepare as there is no bench or sink for cooking. Bed very comfortable, more bedding and more than 1 towel each would have been good. Parking a bit tight.Outdoor area very pleasant.

Property is what we needed during our 2 night stay in Auckland, it was tidy and clean. The pictures made it look like it was its own house, but it is situated on the bottom floor of the main house towards the back. Good communication with the property manager. Would recommend

Online listing stated, kitchen available, maximum up to 5 adults, comfortable living, charged laundry fee and cleaning fee. self-contained flat What we found was, not a self-contained flat. There was very limited table space, no kitchen appliances except a kettle and microwave. The only available tap was the bathroom sink, hardly any room to fill the kettle, and we also had to wash dishes in it. Towels and cleaning sponges were faded and dirty looking, way past the expiry date. As kitchen facility was not available as stated in the profile, we incurred extra expenses to eat out everyday. The first evening the host reluctantly agreed to use their kitchen to cook our freshly bought veggies and chicken. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, but the flat lacks the basic necessities for a family of 5. The host is a nice man, but he should give accurate information about his unit, so that the guests won't be disappointed and unprepared. Kind regards Ashley
