"I became I'll while at the property from medication I was taking. I was with my daughter who was interviewing for a job in town. I called down to the desk and asked for late checkout. They could not have been nicer! They asked if they could do anything to help including sending some herbal tea. Anything at all. I appreciate the concern and care when of late, that is not always the norm. St John's Resort is truly beautiful as well. The grounds and facilities are gorgeous. I'll be back when I'm feeling better!!"

"I must say, I had an amazing and relaxing stay at Royal Park. The pictures truly don’t do it justice; the property is absolutely beautiful, picturesque, and incredibly charming. It’s located in a quaint area and manages to feel both luxurious and cozy at the same time. The staff was wonderful; everyone was so kind and welcoming. I had breakfast at Park 600, and it was excellent. The portions were very generous, and the Peach Palmer drink was absolutely delicious. My room was excellent as well. The creek view was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Although the hotel was very busy, especially in the lobby with multiple events taking place, you would never know it once upstairs in the room. It was quiet, serene, and I slept like a baby. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and housekeeping was prompt and attentive, adding to the overall pampered experience. I loved every bit of my stay here. Next time, I’ll definitely take advantage of the valet parking just to elevate the pampering experience even more. I traveled to Rochester from Massachusetts for a graduation, and after all the festivities, I genuinely looked forward to returning to the hotel each night. Wonderful place, oh and the lobby smells divine!"

"Staff was absolutely wonderful, one of the nicest staffs I have been around at a hotel and we travel as a family quite a bit, the only negatives for me is there was a used wash rag that was missed in the bathroom, the shower curtain was dirty and the bed was a little firm. The bed you could tell was new but from a personal preference it was a little firm is all. Other than that the breakfast was amazing and everything else was great."

"Overall it was decent but could improve. Area grounds needs cleaning, cigarette butts everywhere. Rooms need renovated (cracked bathroom door, main door is hard to open, sofa couch needs replaced and AC is loud rm #225. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast (eggs, potatoes, sausage, bagels, muffins, bread, cereal, waffle makers,, etc)"

"Nice rooms and the hotel staff is excellent. The restaurant staff seems inadequate from a size standpoint, service should be better and it has been in previous years. Food is delicious, always. The bar has been under renovation for much too long and the old space was fantastic. Hopefully the renovation will be worthwhile if it ever gets completed. The hotel location is fantastic."
