"Exceptional. A beautiful well appointed room very comfortable with all the ammenities expected. An oasis is how I would describe it The staff went above and beyond. "We arrived by air to New Chitose aiport very late. This gotel was booked by us just to get rest before traveling over Hokkaido. It was a great surprise that our stay was wonderful by itself. Public bath helped us to relax after two connected flights. Very good room. Proper bathroom. Supermarket few meters from hotel, hotel few meters from Chitose station. We recommend it! Breakfast is set menu but you choosecfrom 5-6 options. Nice view on local area"
