"The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I was disappointed that the bottled water in the room was not complimentary. In my opinion, providing free water is a basic courtesy that guests appreciate. I was also unhappy with the check-in experience. Guests who arrived before me were able to check in, but when it was my turn, I was told to wait until 3:00 PM. This made me feel singled out and left a negative first impression. On a positive note, the casino area was enjoyable, and the staff there were friendly and helpful. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but there are a few areas where the guest experience could be improved."

"It's confusing for 1st time. A map layout of hotel a handout, floor plan, something to indicate where you are at check in areas, especially the kiosks near parking. You have to ask where front desk is to talk to someone if kiosk doesn't give a room key, staff is nowhere in sight. a map of the place a tremendous help, especially indicating stores and food areas."
