This highly sought after and highly rated VRBO home is a beautiful, spacious, relaxing 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2200 square foot home on a large lot with a cozy firepit seating area. All beds are memory foam for your comfort. There are 4 Queen sized beds and 1 king size bed in the home. The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance (about 35 minutes) to The Battery which is the beautiful complex where the Atlanta Braves play (Truist park), The Roxy concert venue resides, as well as many great restaurants, bars, and shopping locations. The location of the home is very central to the suburban areas of Atlanta and only 20 min from the city itself. It is an excellent place to stay for baseball games and tournaments, conventions, concerts, business trips, and anything you want to do in downtown Atlanta (while not staying downtown). This home is also fantastic for long term stays for work for traveling executives, traveling nurses, traveling doctors, long term projects, etc.

Spring Break Family Trip

Fantastic family stay

Our family had a wonderful short trip to Atlanta, and this rental was a huge part of why! From the moment we booked, the communication with the host was excellent - prompt, friendly, and informative. The check-in process was smooth and easy, which was much appreciated after a long drive. The property itself was exactly as described, if not even better. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was also perfect for us - close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, yet still in a quiet and safe neighborhood. My family enjoyed this comfortable home. It was just what we needed with our varied age group. All my questions were promptly answered. The kitchen was welcoming with filters and coffee provided. I brought a few Christmas decorations from home to make it a bit more festive. We will stay here again when In Smyrna.

Perfect location

Enjoyed our time here for a family wedding. Perfect location for us. Safe neighborhood and close to lots of things. House was what we needed. Would have been great to have additional seating in the living room (maybe not table and chairs upstairs and downstairs?) but we worked things out just fine. Owner very attentive to a few questions we had when we arrived.

Great Location for A Ballgame

The house was quite nice. Clean, and well maintained. We had easy access to Truist Park, which was nice as we had tickets to three games. The address stickers on the mailbox were losing their stickiness a bit, making finding the house slightly difficult. We all had a good time.

It was a ladies trip, chose this house for the amount of beds/rooms for us and we truly enjoyed it, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, everything we needed was available. Nice drive in and many things near by to go eat, shop and do. We didn’t get to do the fire pit in the beautiful backyard, ran out of time. Next Time!

Nice space inside and out.

The home is perfect for a large family or a few couples having four bedrooms and three baths. I would suggest bringing hairdryer since there was only one in the house. Three in one body gel, shampoo and conditioner was provided. It was a good product, but you may want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Otherwise, the property was in good condition, The home was very clean and there is lots to do in the general area. I would stay there again.

Overall, this property delivered exactly what the listing said it would. The house felt very spacious even though it wasn't big. Lots of open space and not cluttered with too much stuff, which helped accommodate our family of 8. The location was great...easy access to major roadways, to Truist Park, plenty of shopping and eating options nearby, etc. The neighborhood is older, but felt safe and looked well-kept. Cleanliness is very important to me and the home was very clean when we arrived. Owner was very responsive and pleasant to work with.

Braves trip with grandchildren

Property was as pictured - in fact even nicer than expected. Spotlessly clean. Neighborhood felt very safe for my solo morning walk. Beds were comfortable - plenty of towels. Suggestions - for those of us who like to read in bed, bedside tables and lamps would be great. I was also slightly nervous when I did not receive the lock code until the day of arrival, but it did arrive in plenty of time, especially as our flight down was affected by the Delta- CrowdStrike debacle.

Perfect location for Cobb Galleria convention

My colleagues and I traveled from Kansas City to Atlanta for a convention at the Cobb Galleria. We knew we wanted a place that was a little removed from the convention center, but not too far away or where we had to deal with a lot of traffic. This rental was perfect for my team and had everything that we needed. The house is very appointed, and you can tell that the owners put a lot of pride into their property. The house was stocked with all of the essential, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to hang out and unwind after a long day of conferences. if we find ourselves back at the same convention next year, we will definitely book this space again!

Comfortable home within walking distance of Truist Park.

Well kept & clean, almost spartan. Appreciated having ceiling fans in bedrooms. Fat, firm bed pillows. We missed having bedside lamps. Overall, a good experience. We are grateful for having such pleasant accommodations less than 2 miles walk from the ball park. The neighborhood feels safe for walking. We parked at the house and strolled to the games and the grocery. Nam Dae Mun Farmers Market (Supermarket) is at the end of the street which is handy if preparing food.
