  • Ideal for large groups but not only, this subtle 3 bedroom luxury, benefits from its ideal location and its superb quality. Ideal for city adventurers, business travellers of long or medium term as well as individuals that need a break within the city limits. Centrally located, seconds away from the main shopping area, right in the heart of the famous Athenian Riviera, walking distance from the Marina and the local beach.

    Enjoy this beautiful and bright 3 bedroom central apartment. Located above the main market area of Palaio Faliro, a few minutes away by foot from the nearest beach and the marinas where one can stroll around the yachts and enjoy the various restaurants and cafes, or even work out. The apartment is comprised of 5 main areas. The living room with the dining area, where our guests can enjoy a friendly game of foosball since the dining table transforms into a full size professional foosball table. The fully equipped kitchen with a smaller dining table and the 3 bedrooms. One has a king size bed whilst the other two pending on the formation requested by our guests prior to their arrival can have either 2 big single beds each or 2 big double beds. Finally the apartment has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub as well as WC for guests.Walking distance from the beach and the marinas, Stavros Niarchos Foundation, the sport complexes and only a few minutes drive from Gryfada, Piraeus Port and the Historic Center of Athens.
