A photo of each guest’s passport is required; check-in cannot be completed without it, and you will not receive a key code without this information.


Please note that (as required by law) we do not enter your room after your arrival to provide cleaning services. However, if you need anything, please let us know.

Please keep in mind that your apartment is located in a building with other residents, and we are unable to control their behaviour or the noise resulting from the apartment’s central location. If your neighbor’s behaviour is bothering you, please let us know, but we also ask for your patience in case we are unable to assist you.

It is essential that you send a photo of the ID or passport of all guests; only then can we provide you with the code to pick up your keys.
