The holiday apartment has been recently renovated and is in good condition. It is located directly on the Varkiza promenade. Varkiza is located 19 km south of the Athens city center and 21 km southwest of Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport. Good public transport links are ensured. Varkiza offers many attractive offers from sports to swimming fun. Shops, restaurants and bars provide entertainment.

First the good (great I should say). The apartment is ideally located at a walking block from the beach. You can see the sea from the balcony which was excellent. The apartment was in pristine conditions and with everything you may need for a good time. The bad. There is a construction of a 7 story building just in front of the apartment (barely 10 meters apart). The construction workers started at 7am, which not just disrupt the "calm" of a typical expected vacation time (a lot of noise because the ongoing construction the whole week, including Saturday), but also make the enjoyment of the balcony impossible because of lack of privacy (again, workers at 10 meters apart). The pics were taken from the bedroom window.
