I will start with the good. Neighborhood is fine. About almost 15 minutes to walk to metro. Or 20 minutes to the acropolis. Groceries nearby. Beds comfy and bedroom and family room nicely furnished. Now for the bad. Kitchen and bathroom leave much to be desired. No shower curtain and bathtub is disgusting. Kitchen not well stocked. Floors were very dirty. I would look for something closer and updated bathroom/kitchen. Cleaning fee of 20 euros a night and they don’t clean it while you are there or supply fresh towels.

Il bagno era sporco e fatiscente, vasca e water sudici. Abbiamo anche pagato 100 euro per la pulizia giornaliera (anticipatamente) ma non sono mai venuti a pulire.

A place to avoid in Athens, really bad experience
This place is dirty and filthy. Seriously need lots of touch up. Things are falling apart as this apartment definitely has more than 40 year history.
Ridiculously, the 'hotel' will charge €20 daily but cleaning will be done every 3 days. I am pretty sure this place hasn't been cleaned for decade as the whole house were super dusty.
The worst is there was no hot water at first night. Nobody was happy during our stay and I think Hotels.com should consider thaing this place off the list.
