Modern & Spacious 3bdr apartment

Our apartment is modern, spacious, and newly renovated. It is ideal for families, couples, friends, or working nomads that prefer a quiet and relaxing apartment with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and from here you can organize your visit to Athens.

Situated close to the Acropolis (1,7km) and Syntagma Square (2,3km) and a 5' walk time from Metro (Neos Kosmos station), which is only two stops away from Acropolis station. You can use the Tram, which is within a minute's walk time from the apartment (Kasomouli station), to reach the center or explore the coastal neighborhoods of Athens with their promenades as well. The apartment is 100sq meters on the first floor and you can access it by either elevator or staircases. There are no stairs before accessing the elevator. It’s consisted of three bedrooms, cohesive space for a living room, kitchen, and dining area, two bathrooms, and one balcony. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third has single beds, all equipped with new mattresses to ensure a pleasant sleep.

Everything is clean and laid out upon your arrival. New bed sheets and pillowcases are provided upon
request.

Neos Kosmos is a quiet, safe, and authentic Athenian neighborhood mostly consisting of residences and
local shops. The area near the neighborhood becomes especially vibrant every Saturday with an open-air
market nearby. You can find that day many market stalls with fresh vegetables, fruits, and fish from
around Greece and shop like a local. The supermarket is only 170m away from the apartment. The area also
offers a plethora of shops and services that are necessary for your daily needs. (pharmacies, banks,
bakeries, etc).

The host is available on arrival to welcome you, and provide you with a set of keys and tips for the area. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions before or during your stay. Upon check-in you will need to provide a passport number or other official ID issued by your country of residence, that is necessary for the host in order to comply with the Hellenic Tax Regulation Law.

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Pets and house parties are not allowed. Please upon leaving the
house turn off any electric device. You are also kindly asked to treat this apartment like it is yours and keep it tidy upon check-out. Be mindful of the neighbors and keep the noise down during nighttime and quiet hours (14:30 pm-17:30 pm & 23:00 pm-08:00 am).
