Cozy Pagrati Nest is a 4rth floor apartment that is close to the center of Athens surrounded by many attractions in the artsy Pagrati district, with everything within walking distance. It has a cozy atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.
The Space
It accommodates a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need for a pleasant stay and a bathroom with shower.
The Location
Pagrati is known for its bustling streets lined with cafes, restaurants, bars and shops, as well as its beautiful squares. Supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies, bakeries and shops for all your needs are available within 80-200 meters from the apartment. Its location also allows easy access to public transport for a visit to the Athenian Riviera to enjoy a day at sea.
Pets - not allowed
Environmental Fees are mandatory based on the Greek government legislation and are not included in the the accommodation stay price. These fees are charged per night as follows:
2 € per night for the months of November 1st until March 31st
8 € per night for the months of April 1st until October 31st and will be collected during the duration of your stay.

At the entrance of the building, on the external wall on the right, you will find a key box. Enter the code in the Key Box and remove the apartment keys. You will find the apartment on the 4th floor. During your Stay
For HOT WATER press the grey button on the electricity board that marked HOT WATER.
Do not through toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
The tap water is drinkable.
Garbage disposal in the bins on the street. Green bins are for garbage, blue bins are for recycling.
Please ensure to switch off the air conditioning unit when leaving the apartment.
