The location is very convenient and close to everything. The room was nice and decent—perhaps a bit more storage/cabinet would be helpful, but overall it was comfortable and met our needs. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. They even prepared breakfast for us since our flight was very early and we would have missed the regular breakfast service. We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The room makeover was poor. The cleaning and replenishment of cold / hot drinks was omitted, as were a supply of towels and bathroom amenities. The bedroom could have cleaner, especially underneath and around the bedding area! Enjoyed the health and spa facility, and roof top terrance, and in general staff were attentive.

Staff were excellent and super friendly. The rooms were quiet enough, couldn't really hear the outside traffic. The view from the hotel is amazing, both day and night. The air conditioning is controlled by the hotel and goes off intermittently, which made the room hot at times. The location was amazing, walking distance to most things. Water pressure on the shower was also amazing. Room size was adequate for what we paid for. Breakfast was decent with some good options.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. The central location made it easy to explore the city, and the highlight was definitely enjoying breakfast on the rooftop with breathtaking views of the Acropolis. The staff were welcoming, and always helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the heart of the city.

The staff was extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming at all times even when I observed dealing with "difficult" guests, they maintained professionalism. The room was clean but there was no storage space so we were literally living out of our suitcases for 10 days. There were 6 hangers placed on what looked like a metal sculpture. 2 women, 6 hangers, and 10 days... not convenient but we managed. As some reviews mentioned the rooms were a bit dated but I think it added to the hotel's charm. The breakfast was a small buffet with decent options and the roof top view was beautiful. Given that there is food in every single direction the lack of dining options at the hotel was not a deal breaker.

The room was very clean! And the design of the hotel was beautiful. The rooftop was a highlight and the breakfast was delicious. We ate so much and loved the quality of the food and the coffee. The staff were very friendly and easy to speak to. The only issues we had is that the hotel did not respond to our request for a taxi from the airport, and when we got off the plane and started looking for our taxi , we couldn’t find it. I then realized the hotel never responded to our request. It was also our honeymoon, but the hotel didn’t provide any kind of amenities or anything like that. However, it was still a nice stay, and I would recommend it to a friend. They also gave us free drink tickets for the rooftop bar which was great!

Couple stay

We found the staff to be excellent- we arrived early and were able to check in earlier than normall. This is a small hotel in a fantastic location. The roof bar / breakfast area is beautiful with views of the Acropolis! The room is modern and comfortable - Sonia the bed comfortable There are always small snacks and drinks on offer in the foyer I would be happy to stay again if in Athens
