  • This cozy gem is high above street so you get a wonderful breeze all day long to beat the heat, although fully airconditioned. Its location is close to two metros, Victoria Stations and Ambelokipoi Metro station. On the one side and Fokionos Negri on the other Exarchia, truly central. On a quiet day its only €6 with a taxi to Monastiraki. There are two large bedrooms a spacious kitchen and living dinning room with lots of natural light.

    The apartment is located walking distance to the famous Gyzi square with quaint little Souvlaki restaurants and on the other side near the famous district of Kypseli for amazing shopping, cafes and bars. Of course with a bus you are only 15 minutes away from Syntagma square, a taxi costs €6-€10. So you have a 360 reach to Athens and its suburbs. Welcome to your perfect vacation home.
