  • This newly renovated ground floor studio is located just 2' from the beautiful Astir and Megalo Kavouri beach.Vouliagmeni Lake and Akti Vouliagmenis are only 5' away. It is also 30' away from Athens center and the airport. There are also many water sports to do and plenty of other activities. It's located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood.Feel free to explore the amazing landscapes of Vouliagmeni and make yourself at home.

    The space
    This newly renovated ground floor studio is very cozy and it’s 17sqm. It has a comfortable sofa bed,1 dining table,1 bathroom, a big wardrobe,and plenty of other amenities. It has a beautiful and stylish decoration which will make you fall in love with it and make your stay as good as it can get. Every guest is welcome to our place and we hope you'll love it.

    Pets - not allowed

    Environmental Fees are mandatory based on the Greek government legislation and are not included in the the accommodation stay price. These fees are charged per night as follows:
    2 € per night for the months of November 1st until March 31st
    8 € per night for the months of April 1st until October 31st and will be collected during the duration of your stay.
