The space
Comfortably accommodating 3 guests, you’ll enjoy staying in this welcoming maisonette characterized by elegant grandeur with its modern and sleek interior design, adorned with stylish furniture and decoratives, and amenities for an absolutely convenient stay.

The maisonette offers 2 super comfy sleeping areas, 2 nice and sleek bathrooms, charming comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, clear dining table with blue velvety chairs and spacious balcony.

Rejuvenating sleep is guaranteed in both sleeping areas with the comfy beds that will have you lounging on them for hours. The first bedroom located on the main floor is right beside the stairs and adjacent to the first full bathroom in which you will relish nice relaxing showers after an exciting day spent at Marina Flisvou. Enjoy napping in the room while turning on the air conditioning on hotter unbearable days. The other sleeping spot is on the second floor where once getting up the stairs, you’ll end up in a lovely open space with a pleasantly snuggly bed, air conditioning and a big wardrobe to comfortably store your clothes. A little further you will find the second bathroom which is equally as majestically sleek as the first one and absolutely comfortable to freshen up.

The open floor plan of the living, kitchen, and dining areas on the main floor is a spacious haven where you'll love spending most of your time. Relax in the seating area to watch thrilling movies and series, or simply sit on the chic couch or chairs for a casual chat about the day's highlights. The couch in the living room also doubles as a bed, ensuring additional comfort and restfulness.

For your everyday meals, the fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. Use all the available amenities and appliances to prepare your dishes, then move to the dining table to enjoy a hearty meal together.

When you need some fresh air, grab your coffee or favorite drink, and relax on the comfy outdoor furniture while chilling on the spacious balcony.

*Pet Policy:
Please note that pets are not permitted at any of our Athenean Experience properties.

For your family’s comfort, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request.

*Key policy:
Guests are provided with one pair of keys.
If keys are lost or forgotten, guests will be charged 30euros for the cost of a lock change.

If a guest leaves the key inside the lock from the inside and access cannot be gained using a spare key, a locksmith will need to be called. In such cases, the cost of the locksmith service will be the responsibility of the guest.
We kindly ask all guests to avoid leaving the key in the interior side of the lock to prevent this situation.

*Parking:
There are 5 parking spots available for the entire building, on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, free street parking is available.

*Please note that indoor mobile signal coverage is poor. For better signal, try taking calls near a window. Alternatively, use a Bluetooth headset and leave your phone in a spot with good signal, allowing you to move around freely.
