A beautiful, recently renovated second-floor apartment in an up-and-coming area of Athens, located in a charming neighborhood very close to the city center. The area is known for its peaceful atmosphere and convenient access to stores for coffee, food, drinks, and supermarkets. Metro, city buses, and trolleys are easily accessible, allowing you to reach Syntagma Square and the historical center of Athens within minutes.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of the building. Please note that there is no elevator access, so guests should be comfortable using the stairs.
House rules: No parties are allowed. Please respect common quiet hours and maintain cleanliness in shared areas. Turn off all electronic devices every time you leave the accommodation.
