The ultimate luxury experience is offered by our newly renovated apartment in the heart of historical center of Athens. It is decorated to provide a comfortable and convenient stay with modern amenities and it can accommodate up to 6 guests with a total surface of approximately 105 m².
Our apartment is the perfect option to enjoy all that Athens has to offer.

It is located near Athens' most important archaeological attractions (such as Acropolis, Acropolis museum, Kalimarmaro stadium, Temple of Olympion Zeus, Parthenon, Adrianne's arch, Plaka) and near beautiful restaurants, outdoor cafes, bars and shops. Metro station is less than a minute from the building entrance.
The highlight is the overwhelming view of Acropolis and the New Acropolis Museum from ALL the apartment (living room, dining room, master bedroom, twin bedroom).

But when it comes to relaxing moments and romantic getaways nothing beats a room with a bathtub. Enjoy the amazing Acropolis view while drinking a glass of wine in a bathtub at the foot of your bed. The room combines minimal elegance with luxurious touches and earthy colors .
This apartment is ideal for families and friends on vacation in Athens as well as for people who want to combine work and pleasure. Two full working spaces are provided so it is ideal for remotely work.
We will welcome you in person at the apartment upon your check in and we will provide you with all the necessary information and tips regarding the apartments’ appliances, the local area, and the city.

Fantastic stay in Athens

We had a wonderful stay in Athens the day before our departure from Greece. The apartment was lovely, clean and well appointed. The views are spectacular and the location can’t be beat!

Unbeatable location, great space

The apartment was clean and the location, literally at the staircase to the Metro station, is fantastic. There is good space with a work desk and separate living room/dining room areas. AB supermarket is just a few doors down and a convenience store (with longer hours) is just past that. There are curtains and/or shutters on all doors to keep rooms dark at night.

Amazing

The location was amazing! The place was beautiful and comfortable! The host was so helpful answering all my questions before we arrived and giving great recommendations on things to do and where to eat. The YouTube videos on how to run the appliances were great! A truly wonderful stay.

Perfect location-Amazing Apartment with View

You cannot find a better 2 bedroom in this area filled with cafes, restaurants and fun directly across from the Acropolis Museum with a fantastic view of the Parthenon! Konstantinos was great.

Amazing location and apartment!

We had the BEST stay in Athens in this wonderful, clean, updated, comfortable apartment. The views incredible, the location outstanding and our host, Konstantinos, was the best and responded immediately to any requests. Check in was a breeze and we felt right at home with comfortable living area, dining area and beds were wonderful. Do yourself a favor and book this wonderful apartment and you will be thrilled that you are in the center of it all with restaurants and bars within a minute walk and across the way from the Acropolis and museum. Thank you, Konstantinos for making our vacation one that we will never forget. :-)

Great host and location

Konstantinos was a great host. Communication was proactive and he was very responsive when needed. The location of the apartment is right at the base of the Acropolis surrounded by restaurants, cafes and mini markets that made our stay very convenient. The apartment was new, well furnished and very clean. The pictures and description of the apartment is very accurate and exactly as stated. We have been to Athens many times and I can say that this location/apartment was one of the best and we would stay here again for sure.

Spectacular!

Our Host was extremely quick to respond. A few days in I found the Home Manual sitting on the coffee table. It is actually so beautiful and professional I thought it was a local magazine. The apartment was spotless and smelled so fresh upon arrival. Although we are in a busy area, the apartment is practically sound proof. Down stairs is everything you could need. Pharmacy, Grocery store, nice dining, casual Dining. I woke up every morning and had coffee on the terrace with a million dollar view of the Acropolis. Stayed for a week. Large kitchen and very nice washing machine. Clothes Dried on terrace very fast. Highly Recommend

Stay in Athens

This apartment was very nice and spacious. It was clean and had everything that we needed for our family. We were very comfortable here and the location was A+. The apartment is located right next to lots of restaurants and is a very short walk from the Acropolis. We found it very convenient. We had 2 issues with the apartment. The first was that the hot water heater was turned off when you enter and you have to turn it on to get hot water. It takes at least 30-40 minutes to heat once it is turned on and we didn’t realize that so please turn on the heater as soon as you arrive. It would have been great if the host left the heater on for guests so that the hot water was available immediately. Secondly, we couldn’t figure out where to put the trash at the end of our stay. I walked up and down the street and couldn’t find it. What was odd was that the host was extremely responsive when we got there and even sent someone with extra towels and to look at the AC. But on the day of check out when I contacted him about the trash and I was trying to ask him to set up a taxi for us, he never responded and I never heard from him again. It was really bizarre. But besides that, the apartment was lovely and it has a great location.

This apartment was lovely! Communication was perfect & the location cannot be beat. We absolutely loved it. Management connected us with a driver who was so kind & drove us to & from the airport. He even dropped off my teen daughters air pods that she left in the van to the airport hotel we stayed at on our last night. We will be back!

A sweet and convenient stay

This was such a cute place. Updated and modern amenities, made us feel very comfortable. Above all the location is perfection. We had a short stay before heading out to the islands, but this convenient location allowed us to get the most out of our time in Athens and easily see many things.

Was fantastic!! Great communication with host, perfect location. Our Acropolis walking tour and Segway tours both met within 3 minutes walking distance of the place, that’s how good the location is! Everything was just as pictured, would definitely stay again.

Lovely large apartment with wonderful location.

Owner was very helpful with an automated check-in procedure. Apartment is large and roomy. Location and balcony are right next door to Acropolis Museum, Acropolis, and walking streets. We highly recommend and would stay there on a future trip.
