"Super hotel with charming and helpful staff. Nice room, fine food almost totally 5 star except both the condition of the loungers around the pool and that there aren't enough loungers with backs rather than lie flat."

"Will start with postiive things. Staff are really nice. However, Expedia mentioned free wine bottle but never recieved it. I arrived a bit early but couldn't check in early. All night I had wierd smell from bathroom and couldn't sleep. I checked out at 6 am without even having the breakfast that was included in the stay due to feeling nauseas. Receptionist didnt even care to compensate or offer anything or ask even. AC wasnt changing to cold. Facilities are limited. Beach view from 2nd floor is so noisy from streets. I can hear all steps in the room above me. Pictures are a bit misleading as its on a highway. Maybe one day I give it another chance."
