玄関、ロビー、部屋は申し分なく綺麗でしたが、お風呂脱衣所は、紙コップやアメニティの袋が落ちていてちょっとガッカリしました。さらに、ゴキブリも発見してしまい、ショックでした。絶景の露天風呂はサイコーでした！ 素泊まりプランだったのですが、朝ごはんが4000円ほど、夜ご飯が14000円ほど（子供は7割）とのことで、素晴らしいお料理なのでしょうが、残念ながら残すリスクある子連れには高すぎるのであきらめました。いつか大人連れできたら試して見たいです。 ホスピタリティは素晴らしかったです。

インバウンドで価格が高騰している中、良心的な価格だったのでこちらのお宿を素泊まりで選びました。 空きがあるとの事でアップグレードをして頂き、浴室付きのとても素敵なお部屋に泊まる事が出来ました。 広々としていて景色も良く、清潔でとても快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 更にお部屋の浴室でも温泉が出る事が嬉しかったです。 大浴場と露天風呂もロケーション、広さ、清潔感、全て良くて大満足です。 なによりスタッフの方々がみんなとても親切でサービスが素晴らしかったので、また泊まりたいなと思えるお宿でした。 瑞鷹

4Fの温泉が良かったです。スタッフの対応は全体的に良かったが、食事の際の説明が人により差がある。食事は品数もあり満足でしたが、夕食の料理は全体的に冷めていて、提供スピードが早かった点は残念でした。窓側のテーブルは照明位置の影響で暗かった。
