"First of all, I think the property listing on Expedia should be removed. It was an hour + cab ride from the airport (100 uds), even the cab driver said he had never been to that part of osaka. Then, 3 flights of stairs with luggage, no elevator, impossible to figure out the key to get in, chef from the restaurant next door had to contact them and get it figured out, in japanese, of course. "2 year old hotel conveniently located close to the city hall. Modern and comfortable, quiet as well. The breakfast was consistently crowded but that is due to Silver Week. Really helpful staff. The price of the breakfast was not included for our child and we found it somewhat over-inflated at 23,000 yen per day as a half-price. Would recommend."
