"When we arrived the lock on the door didn’t work, took about an hour to resolve which was quick but meant we couldn’t leave to go and explore Naples. There was also a dead bug squashed onto the bathroom wall. The rest of the hotel was nice and location was okay, a short walk to the train station. Staff were really friendly and helpful. "

Hotel is on a very busy road in an industrial area.1hr walk to the town and train station. Buses are infrequent and taxis are very expensive.

"Room had been recently renovated. The room amenities were sorely lacking, not a cup, glass or tissue to be found. The air conditioning unit made a terrible noise. Maintenance came but was told that due to renovations, nothing could be done. The breakfast was great. "

"The service is not good enough, I had issue with the lights and could not sleep one night, I barely reach the responsible person and they did not solve the issue, only asking me to try myself to do some the things. "Nice hotel. However, I was led to believe the hotel was close to the airport. It is at least 20 minutes from the airport. I did not realize this hotel was so far away from the city center of Naples. It costs €100-€120 take a taxi into Naples. This hotel does provide you a beautiful view of you with a beautiful view of the sea, including a beautiful view of the island of Capri. "

The Expedia add showed a Continental Breakfast which was not avaiable, the building and room are very tired and NOT worth the $250.00 Cnd funds at all!!
The message if you have a problem at the front desk was to dial 9 which does not work.

"We spent 2 nights here. It felt very safe here outside the city. A 10 minute drive away was the harbor area with dining options. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and very quiet. The building was a bit older but clean. The breakfast was good. And the view was just spectacular. Overall we had a good visit."
