"Unfortunately we never got to stay here. Due to the snowstorm coming in the Midwest our flight was diverted and we were never in the state. The hotel wouldn’t work with us or refund us at all. I’d give a negarive if could. "

"Seems to be under new management. Rachel, employee, was amazing! She was nice. Proactive, and so helpful and friendly. The remaining staff was mediocre at best. The hotel had a sewage smell in the lobby and hallways the entire stay. Rooms and pool smelled fine though. The railing on the second floor balcony was dangerously wobbly and needs to be reinforced. The pool is great! Food was standard hotel fare. "

"My wife and I enjoyed our weekend get away at this Great Lake house. The views of the lake were great from the living area, deck and hot tub. The hot tub sits under the deck so the hot tub can be used rain or shine. The House was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. I would definitely go back and recommend for anyone looking to get that classic relaxing lake house get away."

"The hotel was very clean, beds comfy, room was spacious.Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was the highway noise and the light on the smoke detector flashing all night. Would stay again. "

"For one the website states vending machines and free continental breakfast under amenities. They dont have either. The bed was hard as a rock, mattress was nasty!! The sheets did not fit properly which then exposed the mattress. Also had to listen to a dog bark most of the night. "
