The customer service was amazing especially poy the lady that helped with directions and walking us to the tuk tuk into the city for some shopping. The manager for food and beverage Yuth was so insightful and a hands on when it came to food suggestions such exceptional service , Alex the night front manager was very helpful and kind to all our needs . "Lovely oasis after a 30 hour journey. The room was comfortable and clean. The grounds were immaculate. Quite peaceful except for the noise from multiple weddings. "

I had to ask for it, and it was in another room—a nightmare. Luckily, it was recovered without any problems, and I didn't even receive an apology from the hotel."
