Fantastic modern townhouse

Three of us stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the house and location. While the building is on the road, we didn’t have any issues with traffic noise. We enjoyed several of the places a short walk from the house - restaurant Mother is excellent. All in all, a great vacation spot for quick access to South Slope, downtown Asheville, and the River Arts District..

Asheville First Visit

This was our first time in Asheville and the location of the townhouse was perfect! Easy walk to many locations and a short drive to others. The home was very clean and well appointed. Thank you for sharing this great home with us!

Amazing place and had a great time for my bach trip!!

Our stay was amazing!! We were super close to everything! We felt safe and very comfortable! Everything was clean, organized, well kept. All the little things are thought of and offered! Also the host is very responsive and very helpful! I really appreciate mark! We had a great time!

Wedding Week

House was exactly as described. Very comfortable for our 6 member family. Kitchen included everything needed for cooking. Located literally blocks away from Breweries and restaurants. We highly recommend this house and host!

Family Christmas

We choose Asheville as our family’s meeting spot to celebrate the holiday. This townhouse was perfect for us. The unit itself was well appointed, parking for 2 vehicles (1 garaged and 1 dedicated spot ) and an elevator . No issues with host communication , was attentive. (The Christmas tree was even left up for us!) Plenty of places are within walking distance (from 10-20 minutes). One of our favorites was the Board Game Cafe. We would definitely stay again when visiting Asheville!

Great Location

We attended a show at Rabbit Rabbit, a short walk up the hill (basically line of sight). Very walkable to downtown, well under a mile. Most of the restaurants and breweries we went to were within a half mile. Numerous greenway trails were within a five minute car ride. Unit was well equipped with kitchen items, parking (one garage and one immediately next to the garage) was super convenient, and access in and out from the highway was super easy. Host communication was excellent. Only one of the three bedrooms has an ensuite, but the bathrooms are immediately adjacent to the other two bedrooms. There is a large tv in the lower kitchen/den floor and another tv on the top floor, but none in the bedrooms (we didn't come to Asheville to sit inside and watch tv though). Nice rooftop outdoor sitting area as well, and a comfy lounge just inside the rooftop patio. Would definitely come back for a future stay.

We enjoyed our stay, and the condo worked well for us. We were having a sibling reunion, and appreciated having bedroom and bath for each couple, and a comfortable space for visiting. We also greatly appreciated having the elevator since there are 4 floors and the stairs were challenging for a couple of us. Also glad to have 2 reserved parking spaces. Would definitely recommend.

Family Reunion

Townhouse was perfect! Super stylish, clean and fully stocked. Easy check in and out and fast response from owner when we asked for an early check in. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location and lovely unit.

This apartment was perfect for our family with plenty of comfortable furnishings and space. Even the pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The rooftop patio was beautiful. There were a few breweries and restaurants close that were a quick walk. We had a great stay.
