Beautiful, artsy 2 BR/1 BA, w/tons of character and charm. Vermont Avenue. Ideal location in West Asheville. 1.5 blocks from restaurants, bars, park, coffee shops, food market, etc. 5-8 min drive to downtown! Covered front porch, sunny back deck, fenced in yard, gas stove, kid friendly. *No parties please

Our home is at the heart of West Asheville, which has all the charm and quirkiness of downtown but on a smaller, more walkable scale. There are coffee shops, local restaurants, bars, bakeries, a farmers market, grocery store, holistic health shop and a park all within a 2 minute walk. So whether you want to stay at home with your loved ones or go out and enjoy the nightlife, there is something for everyone!

***(House is split level with a basement apartment below- separate entrance- well soundproofed- completely private.)

Guest Access:
When you first walk up to the house, you enter onto the covered porch, which has a nice seating area. Then you enter into the living room, dining room and the kitchen, which has sliding glass doors that open up onto the large back deck. The two bedrooms are off to the right of the main rooms and the bathroom is through a short hallway. An open floor plan provides a nice airy feel.

Felt just like home

Great house for a reunion with old friends. The house was perfect in all ways. We loved the walk ability to Haywood street. The property is very centrally located. We enjoyed sitting in the deck in the evenings and for our morning coffee. Perfect for birdwatching. We even got acquainted with the friendly neighborhood cat!

Great Place to Stay for Asheville

Nice quiet neighborhood next to area with great places to dine. Fifteen minute drive to The Biltmore. Really easy to check in. Nice outdoor spaces to relax.

Great location - great house

We had an amazing stay at this property! The neighborhood is peaceful, and it's conveniently located within walking distance to excellent restaurants and shops. The highlight for us was definitely the shaded front porch—it was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy some music, and soak up the beautiful weather. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

The Perfect Place for us

This was my first experience with Vrbo, and it was so easy, and the house was so perfect for us, that I just loved it. The house was in perfect order - everything worked, from the coffeemaker to the wireless. It was also a perfect neighborhood for us, both in location and atmosphere. I loved it.

Sweet bungalo

This is an adorable place to stay. Wish we could have spent more time there. I actually slept on the back deck in the little covered alcove since it was such a nice night. My kids loved having their own rooms that way.

Lovely cottage in great location

Spacious bedrooms and updated kitchen were perfect for me and my friend to meet and explore Asheville. Easy street parking in a neighborhood close to nice restaurants and easy access to roads leading downtown and to historic Biltmore. I'd love to return here in warmer months to enjoy the large deck.
