1920s bungalow near river, 8 min to DT AVL!

  • This convenient, eclectic, industrial neighborhood is located about 8 minutes from the heart of downtown Asheville! Across from the house is The Mill at Riverside, complete with local artists' studios and High Five Coffee Shop. Just up the way is Woodfin Riverside Park, located directly on the French Broad River with waterside benches and a pedestrian path. You'll be so close to water activities such as floating, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing during the warmer months. The yard is fully fenced and we allow pets ($50 pet fee per stay up to two dogs).
