"Highly recommended - full of character and tastefully styled rooms - excellent restaurant and bar dining in a ‘local pub’ setting. Pay& Display parking nearby (or use the Settle Social Club car park reduced rates) - well worth a visit to this charming community"

"Good clean room with adequate furniture and bedding.
Great breakfast and had two good dinners whilst we were there. Staff very polite and helpful. All in all a very pleasant stay and would certainly use again."

"Everything was clean. The modern kitchen offered everything that we needed. The living room was small but cosy with the log burner. The staff satisfied our request with a baby high chair (a travel cot was also possible but we did not need it). The only issue for us was the shower which was not very powerful."

3 bedroom accommodation in Horton-In-Ribblesdale, near Settle
6/10 Okay
"Lovely pad. Well laid out. Comfy bed. But only half a roll of toilet paper? No tea pot? Found the tv remote under the couch, along with dirt, balls and empty bottles. Shame that there was not any welcome pack with any useful info, or even a hello and thanks for booking and could not leave a cheery note in the guest book as it was full! Horton is a wonderful b VJ pillage but no one seems to care. Pubs although busy were largely unfriendly, info and tea room closed indefinitely and yet the village was a wonderful hub of vibrant activity and happiness all weekend."
