"The hotel is beautifully updated. The rooms are lovely. My issues are related to housekeeping and cleanliness. The shower was covered in long hairs all along the walls. That leads me to believe that the shower was not cleaned in between guests which also most likely indicates neither were the bed sheets and anything else in the room. Unfortunately the housekeeping negligence is why this property is rated sub par. Housekeeping does not meet the standard set forth by the new renovations and updates made to the property. There should be no reason why there should be even a single hair in the shower never mind clumps of it. Staff was generally pleasant, nothing to really mention there. I’d say it’s unfortunate that the attention to these details has been neglected."
