I arrived at the hotel about 15 minutes to 10 pm. I was checked in and provided keys to our room. "We stayed in the kimg soze Jacuzzi room. Shower leaked. Pool was closed even though we called 3 times before booking to confirm it would be open. The floors and baseboards and walls are filthy. Mirrors were broken around the hot tub. The bed was uncomfortable and the couch sank down completely in the middle. The refrigerator wouldn't hold a temperature and the microwave didnt work well. Breakfast was awful snd the dining room was dirty. The sheets and towels seemed clean, thankfully. Overall it was absolutely not worth it. We won't be returning. Do not recommend. Staying at any of the other 4 hotels in the same parking lot for less money would have been a significantly better option both fiscally as well as for cleanliness and comfort."
