The overall Staff is amazing! Ms.Blanca the manager is very professional and treats you like family at the same time. Jodi at the front desk is a Super Star, very helpful, sweet and accommodating! The whole team, the rooms are clean, the food is fresh and I like that you can get a hot drink of tea or coffee anytime.This is the best Best Western I have stayed at, ever. Property was convenient and a good value. Check-in staff member was great and room was clean. Window treatments need to be upgraded, sort of soiled and drapes would not close completely. Shower head could also be upgraded. Overall we were pleased with room and would stay again. Understood breakfast is very good but we were not able to take advantage.
