"I rated the hotel with the service, which was excellent. Quick & easy check in, very helpful staff, friendly. Buffet breakfast was well worth it, really good selection of food, and the food was delicious. Bed was not too bad, if you like firm beds. Hotel is a bit run down, but for what you pay for, its definitely worth it, and close to narita airport with a free hotel shuttle."

The rooms are a tad small and not the most modern but overall I think the staff make this hotel as they treat it as a high end hotel with their professionalism. Very impressed and will use this hotel again."
