Friendly staff and delicious food. Room was lovely and spacious. Airport shuttle was comfortable and very prompt. Only negative was that there were not enough loungers at the pool.

The hotel rooms were a good size, very clean, well serviced, but quality of the sheets was not good, as on the five nights that we did stay overall on our holiday, we found holes in the bottom sheet on two occasions. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was no problem for them to address any concerns, they acted immediately to remedy situations. I highly recommend Pink Flamingo Hotel Kilimanjaro Tanzania. Leondro & Teresa are fantastic hosts. I was met by Leondro at 2am with a warm smile huge handshake and drink offers. True professionalism. They treated me like royalty for the entire time. The facilities are excellent, rooms exceptionally clean and very good size. There are Great outdoor & pool(s) areas. The bar - It’s a virtual bar. Lovely! Hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Room and lounge were very clean. Close to the airport but in a quiet area so you could get a good night's rest. Would definitely stay again.

Management and staff are amazing, our room had a amazing view of the mountains, so spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice to it was all fresh and tasty. Thank alot sanna boutique we wish we could stay longer next time

Yes there is a bumpy 15 minute ride from the main road but the pay off is a tranquil environment to relax at Kili Villa. Our room had a lovely outlook to the gardens where local fauna and birds did their thing. The staff were welcoming and courteous, and the food was delicious. Perhaps the experience could have been improved with better communication about food and drink options when we arrived (with an explanation card). There are no other options for F&B in the area (aside from the golf club)...
