"We were on a bit of a road trip in France and had decided to spend a couple of days in Normandy after coming off the ferry. Easy to find and well located for the WW2 historical sites in the area. The hotel is lovely and the hosts could not be more accommodating (e.g. we got an early checkin). The breakfasts were excellent and we had an evening meal there as well - again excellent. The room was clean and had a nice bathroom with a separate toilet."

"I can't say enough about the staff. The were very friendly and helpful. The property itself was fairly new and well maintained. The stay includes a reasonably nice breakfast and access to an assortment of snacks and libations in the evening. This is a great property to use as a base for day trips (by car) to sites in Normandy. We used it to visit D-Day historical sites as well as to visit beautiful Mont-Sant-Michel. "The room and property were beautiful and well kept. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The bar was not staffed in the evening and so we drove into town. "

Bar. Near the sea with several restaurants near by, check opening times out of season. Highly recommended."

"This is the second time we’ve stayed here when travelling on the Caen ferry and arriving late, and it was lovely. The family rooms are very comfortable and uniquely decorated. Buffet breakfast is easy and quick. There’s a lovely garden for the kids to run around "
