Independent in Arreciffe Island from AU$39

Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, nice pool area, plentiful buffet breakfast

Cant fault anything other than constantly asking staff for service or assistance, however not an issue just with Astoria but we felt this throughout the Philippines

Excellent Customer service. You were greeted immediately upon entrance. Very attentive to your needs. Had booked an underground tour with them however it was cancelled due to bad weather but they had notified me in a timely manner and arranged other activities that could be undertaken.

We were so happy with our stay at casa Belina. Communication was excellent from point of booking to pick up. Check in was smooth, staff friendly and rooms are spacious and very clean. Great location. Would love to stay again

When we walked in and gave our voucher to the woman on reception, the very first thing that was said to us (2 female cousins-in-law travelling together), was that we had booked a Deluxe twin room but that there were no twin beds available so they upgraded us to a Premium room complimentary with a King bed. This was unacceptable as at the time of booking and on confirmation of the voucher it clearly stated that we had confirmed a Deluxe room with 2 beds. The upgrade did not in any way make up...

Food served on Complimentary Breakfast Buffet was impressive. Airport transfer is also a bonus. Amazing customer service over all. 4.4 out of 5 for me. Thank you.

Great overnight stay

Nice location and clean amenities. Exotic style with wood and bamboo decoration. Friendly staff and nice cocktail and food.

Very clean and tidy room, pool was excellent, food was 5 star,in summary Good as it gets

Such a gorgeous view with very friendly staff. My partner and I wish we had more to stay here. We will be back and will recommend it to our family and friends!!! Thank you Panja!

Nice hotek.

Nice place to relax and unwind. Great staff, super friendly and great service.

Excellent

The room was large and well serviced. The food from the restaurant was tasty and fresh. The menu is very broad. The kids loved the personally made pan cakes that the chef made into well known cartoon characters. The shops were not too far and getting transport was extremely easy. This hotel has its own generator which kicks in autonomously whenever there is a brown out. The highlight was the swimming pool. Very large and varying in depth. Staff are very observant when children are swimming....
