Walk across the street to Tanner Lake’s sandy beach with swimming docks, or stroll 200 yards to the Recreation Center for classic summer activities like volleyball, cornhole, shuffleboard, sandcastle competitions, and more! Kids will love the playground, and the whole family can enjoy fishing, paddle boarding, or kayaking right on the lake.

📶 Connectivity & Comfort

We provide high-speed WiFi. Please note, cell service can be spotty. Verizon tends to work best. While the home does not have air conditioning, fans are provided and the cool evening mountain air helps keep things comfortable. We’re actively working on installing A/C in the future!

🏖️ Tanner Lake Access Rules

Guests have exclusive access to private Tanner Lake (for Lakemont Pines residents and guests only).

Please follow all HOA lake rules:

Lake tags must be worn

Parking pass required

No pets, glass, or music at the lake

Lost lake tags are $50 per tag. Please make sure all tags are accounted for before you leave

Guest will be able to access the entire house. They will also be able to access the Lake year around. Tags are required when the lake is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
