The hotel is on the edge of the town center but is just a few minutes away from everything without the hustle and bustle. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Just beware that breakfast hour is a bit late (8:30-10am).

Nice small/boutique hotel. it has limited options for breakfast and noisy on occasion due to a bus/truck parking near the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Heater did not work during the stay and it can get cold at night.

A bargain for visitors. It definitely has a cabin glamping feel. Hot water works. Safe didn't. Probably needed batteries. Quiet calm walkable. Off street gated parking a plus. Nice grounds.

Nice and quiet stay on the edge of Salento

I had a very comfortable stay of 1 night in one of the very spacious and clean cabins with a great view over the town of Salento. The hotel is only a 10min walk from the town’s central square. Service was very good and friendly. The only point for improvement is the earliest time for breakfast, which was 08:30. However, I wanted to visit the Cocora Valley early, so had to take breakfast in town and would have preferred an earliest breakfast at the hotel at 07:00. I would certainly consider staying here again when next in Salento.

Can’t say enough about how cute this little hotel is, and how wonderful the staff was. They helped us get transportation, learn about Salento, and check out late. The only complaint is one that’s out of their control: While their location, on the outskirts of town, provides some tranquility during the day, the noises from neighborhood animals were out of control. Dogs going crazy all night, and roosters waking you up at 5 AM.

The property was alright, nothing breathtaking. They didn’t have hot water in the shower, and the TV wasn’t working correctly. No creams, coffee, or AC are available. Our breakfast wasn’t included in my tariff, so I don’t have any comments on that. Stuff came across as arrogant. Maybe a bit of training in customer services would make the experience better for future visitors.

Basic hotel outside center of town

I booked hotel based on reviews from hotel .com. this is a very basic hotel with great sevice and beautiful view. This is not a 9.2 hotel. The workers make this place. They have a nice breakfast for a small upcharge you have to eat in your room on your balcony. No restaurant or bar. Hard to move luggage to room steep gravel driveway. Wrong toliet seat on toliet. If someone is looking for a basic hotel, good wifi, hot water, nice views at a cheap price outside the town this is your place. I do feel i was mislead by reviews but should of realized price i paid. Very nice people beautiful fruit trees on grounds and nice view of mountains

Excellent stay but...

One of 4 units, well appointed, in quiet location with views over Salento and mountains beyond. Only a short walk into town with its many shops and eateries. Only problem with the accommodation is a potentially dangerous shower where there is no temperature control so scalding is a real possibility. There's no proper mixer tap or thermostat. The plumbing arrangement is such that adding cold water to the hot actually causes back pressure on the hot supply which stops its flow and switches off the boiler. The result is you either have full (very) hot or full cold. The owner should employ a qualified plumber to reconfigure the system. Apart from this everything was great.

Cuando llegue al Hotel a las 8 pm me dijeron que ya NO tenia reservacion . Les mostre la compra por Expedia desde el dia anterior pero NO fue posible que me dieran una habitacion teniendo la reserva. Me toco irme a otro Hotel. Ojo con eso en este establecimiento.

Great Location in Salento

Only a 5 minute walk to the main area in Salento. Quiet area. All of Solento is very safe. Rooms were clean with comfy beds and nice shower. Only gripe is that they don’t provide you with clean towels or clean your room up if you are there for multiple days. Staff was friendly which is the norm in Colombia. Also, our room had a deck with a nice view of the mountains. Valley of Cocora has been our favorite destination so far on our two week trip.
