"No hot water after 10:00pm, some of the staff not well trained, not polite, no good customer service. Internal phone lines to call reception is connected to internet, when service breaks down, you are on your onw in the room without phone access which is a safety hazard. Internet service is unstable. Not a good value for money, I would not stay there again."
