This is a beautiful property with a wonderful view of coffee plantations, the mountains and valley. Breakfast was one of the best we had in the area, but too bad they don't have open the restaurant for dinner or lunch. The place is in good condition although there are very few details that can be fixed, but not easily spotted. The pool is beautiful and has different activities to do in the same place.

The place at the pictures on the web are very different than the reality The hotel was very limited on the food options at dinner, the room what we have there no have air conditioning , very hot in the room

I had to cancel my second night there Rooms in really poor condition, almost no curtains, incredibly noise, no options for dinning after bfast It has a lot of potential but need a big investment from the administration

Dirty and unbearable humidity

The room was extremely dirty (dirty floors, hair everywhere) but the worst part was the humidity odor that was unbearable. We stayed for 4 hours and my kid started even coughing. We had to leave the hotel and find another one in the middle of the night. Never ever book this hotel, specially l if you are traveling with kids.

El hotel es bonito, con mucho potencial, el personal amable y dan buen desayuno, sin embargo, deben estar más pendientes del aseo. Todo lleno de telarañas. Y las zonas verdes no se ven Yam cuidadas. Nos tocó primero en una habitación con un nido de avispas, luego nos enviaron a otra con telarañas, una araña gigante, que casi no sacamos. Fundamental de que revisen bien antes de entregar la habitación. Se entiende que es un lugar campestre, pero hay detalles que se pueden corregir.

La piscina se encuentra en mal estado, no cumplen con los horarios para uso del jacuzzi, es un hotel económico y don Edilberto es muy amable, pero hace falta un restaurante ya que el domicilio cuesta 25 hasta allí

Muy pobre el servicio.

No estuvo mal, pero hubo muchas cosas que me hicieron arrepentir de comprar allá. Por ejemplo: en la noche solo estaba el señor encargado de la puerta, no había personal en la noche para cualquier urgencia, el hotel y en especial mi cuarto olía a gas terriblemente, no tenían sino servicio de desayuno es decir si uno quería algo más como en otros hoteles no había forma de pedir, tocaba domicilio, el baño estaba con sarro, el mismo jabón de las manos del baño era el mismo jabón q pusieron para el cuerpo y el pelo. Nos tocó ir a comprar. Rescató el desayuno y la piscina y el ambiente cafetero. Pero en general no me gusto. Muy costoso para un pobre servicio. También fueron amables el parqueadero gratis, pero muy poco personal.

Descanso perfecto

El hotel es agradable, falta algo de mantenimiento. Hay un árbol lleno de arañas gigantes y mucho animalito. No hay forma de conseguir comida ni venden nada en el hotel Cerca a la carretera y muy buena atención.
