"we had a great experience staying here! upon arrival, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. our first room had a couple of issues with the tv and fridge, but the staff handled it right away and moved us to a new room where everything worked perfectly. really appreciated the quick response and friendly service. would definitely stay here again! "I received the access and Wi-Fi codes ahead of check-in, which made arrival super easy. The room and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh, and it was nice and warm when we entered. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated that they had a full cable channel package — great for relaxing after a long day. I also felt safe knowing there were security cameras outside each room. The location is just outside Orillia, so you’ll need to drive about 8–10 minutes into town for dining or groceries, which isn’t too bad. Some people might not love that it’s right along Highway 11, but earplugs were thoughtfully provided. Overall, a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay!"
