Surrounded by lush tropical landscaped gardens and impressive swimming pool the property is ready to entertain with BBQ and dining facilities on the top balcony and comfortable sun lounges, dining area and Weber BBQ downstairs
- Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with an ensuite and with access to the deck which has great views of the pool area.
- Includes quality bedding with a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom.
- Downstairs is a very comfortable lounge area with TV, DVD and sound system, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry and another toilet.
- Undercover off-street parking
